§ Privacy Policy

§ Range
Kid's Concept reserves the right to make changes to our range in the event of a final sale. We also reserve the right to make any errors in the texts on kidsconcept.se. Since all screens are different, we cannot guarantee that our images accurately reflect the actual color or appearance of the products.
§ Prices and Payment - Private Person
Each product price is stated including VAT. At checkout you can see the total price including all fees such as VAT and shipping. We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors. Payment is handled by Klarna and you can read more about their terms and conditions on their website.
§ Prices and Payment - Retailers
All product prices are stated excluding VAT. We reserve the right to make any price changes due to major currency fluctuations and changes in the range, design, execution, etc. In the checkout you can see the total product price including VAT. Shipping comes as an additional cost. The terms for this can be found on our B2B website. Payment terms are agreed for each retailer.
§ Newsletter
When purchasing on our webshop, you agree that we send order confirmations, delivery confirmations and other vital information about your purchase. You can choose whether you want our newsletter with, for example, product information, competitions and offers. You can cancel your subscription to our newsletters at any time.
§ Deliveries
All items that can be ordered are in stock for immediate delivery. The handling time may differ depending on circumstances such as temporary order pressure and holidays. Read more about our deliveries under Frequently Asked Questions.
§ Uncollected packages
Uncollected goods are automatically returned to us after about 14 days. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you return shipping costs, an administration fee and a handling fee of SEK 150.
§ Right of withdrawal and open purchase
★ According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. In addition to this, we give you an additional 16 days (total 30 days) open purchase. In your message to us, it must be clear that you are canceling. The cancellation period starts counting down from the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.
★ When returning, you must use the prepaid customer return label that we enclosed in the shipment. When refunding your goods, we will deduct SEK 49 for the return shipping. If you choose other options to return the goods, you as the customer are responsible for the entire cost of the return. ★ In order for us to approve a cancelled purchase, your item must be returned intact and in its original packaging to our warehouse. All items should therefore be carefully packaged to avoid damage, as you as the customer are responsible for the transport risk back to our warehouse. ★ We will make a refund as quickly as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.
§ Force majeure
Kid's Concept is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This could, for example, be a conflict in the labor market, war, fire, terrorist attack, changed government regulations, technical problems, sabotage, major accidents or other types of natural disasters. In these circumstances, Kid's Concept is exempt from damages and other penalties. If such a situation should arise, Kid's Concept will inform you of the current situation. If the circumstance has lasted longer than two months, both you and Kid's Concept have the right to cancel the purchase.
